Even very <strong>tiny amounts<\/strong> of these special additives can give <strong>dramatic\u00a0differences\u00a0in\u00a0performance.<\/strong>\u00a0 Some examples are ingredients used to <strong>improve wetting and adhesion or to stabilize colorants. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Of course, there are also some additives that serve <strong>absolutely no function<\/strong> other than to increase consumer appeal like <strong>proteins, calcium, vitamins, minerals, and fibers<\/strong>. These ingredients<strong> do nothing<\/strong> for the nail plate or the polish but they sound great on the label!&#8221; \u00a0~<i>Nail Structure and Product Chemistry by Douglas Schoon<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Are there ingredients in Zoya&#8217;s formula that make it better than your regular polish?<\/p>\n<p>Maybe &#8230; maybe not.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps this product does give you enhanced,<strong> temporary strength<\/strong> while you are wearing Qtica. But once you remove it, you&#8217;re back to the same nails.
